Vintage Sterling Vermeil Floral Stem Brooch, 2.5" by 1.75", 1940's. It has a single blossom with five petals and three leaves. It still has some of the gold vermeil but much of it is gone - This is marked sterling and heavy and is appx. 20.12 grams. It is not signed by the maker but ismarked sterling and tested. The vermeil now looks more like a gold antiquing than a coating - more of it is on the back. I'd still call it very good and what is extra nice about this, is the weight.
