Black Powder Muzzle Loading Smooth-Bore Pistol (SAE)

Description

A black powder muzzle loading smooth bore pistol in fair to good condition overall. Made primarily of hand carved wood with checkered patterns on the side and grips. Trigger guard is made of brass and fits firmly to the wooden frame. The ram rod is absent. The barrel is blued estimated at approximately 60-70% with a plum-brown colored patina throughout. Barrel fits firmly to frame with front barrel band being made of brass and in very good condition. The hammer has intermittent difficulty staying in the fully cocked position with the trigger being very sensitive, otherwise appearing to function as designed. The nipple is present and appears to be in good condition. Estimated shipping parcel size (LxWxH) 10 inches x 8 inches x 8 inches.
