Description
Born in Chicago in 1946, Sloan became a young mother in the 1970s. Feeling the claustrophobia of young motherhood, she began to paint all of the objects in her kitchen–her interest in reflective surfaces began with the old, chrome toaster on her kitchen counter. Sloan’s work can now be found in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, the Art Institute of Chicago, and more. Pasin Sloan produced "Dots" in 2006, an 8-color lithograph. Measuring 25 x 22 inches, this unframed work is edition 14/50. The piece presents a still-life arrangement with intricate patterns and reflections. It is signed and in very good condition. We do not offer in-house shipping but you can arrange your own by contacting one of these four trusted shippers who can deliver your artworks to you safely and fully insured.
