Vintage Enameled Red Hat Brooch, Purple & Rhinestone Accents, 1990's. Gold tone with a chin strap and rhinestone bow and purple accents raised on the brim and the inside of the hat purple as well and a gold tone rhinestone flair at the top of the strap.
