Vintage Faux Tortoiseshell Tiered Brooch with Rose, C-Clasp, 1.75" wide and appx. 1.25" tall. It has a fanned and background pieces that a a cut design like a fleur-de-lis sits on with a molded rose blossom on top of it. This is all in a dark amber colored - like tortoiseshell broocheswere made back in the day. It is in very good condition. It is not signed by the maker. The c-clasp and the hinged side are independently screwed into the undercarriage of the brooch - this is not a glued pinback. Age is estimated at 1920's-1930's, possibly oder. Very good condition.
