Vintage Carved African Animal Necklace, Black Seed Beads, 24". 1960's-1970's. There is a larged black/white/brown drum-like tribla bead at center that is made of an unknown material. The animals are wood carved - zebra, giraffe, elepehant, lion, rhino, tiger. Thre are also two tubular black and white beads - one has been reglued. There are black glass seed beads and wooden grooved tubualr beds around the sides to the back of the neck. This is slipover. At some point restringing this would be a good idea. The pieces are in good condition - other than the one bead can can be worn as is or reused in other ways. It is not signed or marked. (NY3.3 SS16566 J LD 9/3/25)..
