Vintage Sterling Turquiose Blue Southwestern ring, Sz. 5.5. This is a southwestern design with an appx. 18mm by 14mm oval stone that looks like turquoise. it is very smooth and could be another stone like chrysocolla. It does not test as glass and has shades of dark and lighter turquoisew ith some white and bluer shades and black veining but it is very smood. It is bezel-set in a curved and coiled shadowbox setting. The ring is appx.26mm down the finger and 21mm across the finger. It has a wide triple split band on top that is appx. 11.5mm wide and tapers to a single band that is appx. 3mm at the back of the finger with a rounded edge. It is not marked or signed but tests as stering with a weight of appx .6.54 gr. Very good condition. Age id appx. 1970's. (W8622.1X1 SS8024 J LD 8/11/22).
