Vintage Sterling Puffy Heart Omega Necklace, 18", appx. 15.67 grams. The necklace has the Omega look and is appx. 2mm round. Marked .925 and Italy and has a maker's mark that is a diamond shape with two letters that cannot be made out. The heart is 1.5" with the ring that slides through the necklace and appx. 1-1/8" wide. It is appx. 12mm thick. Age is appx. 1980's-1990's. It does have oxidation that can be polished - light wear on the necklace but good condition to very good when polished. (INV.
