The translation was accomplished by Nicolas de Leuze, assisted by Francois de Larben, under the supervision of Pierre de Corte (Chambers)
Small folio: 8.5 by 12.5
[6], 386 , 73 pp, numerous woodcuts in text.
The first 5 leaves with losses, title page backed, a few leaves with marginal repairs, occasional dampstains.
