Peter Keil is a German artist that focuses primarily on abstract expressionism. Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a phenomenal piece from Keil's "Junge Wilde" collection and executed on board. It is signed and dated "P. Keil "˜67" in the lower left corner and titled with location "Paris Bar, Berlin" on the verso. This piece was purchased directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter. The art is in decent condition with typical signs of age and wear. The majority of the imperfections are on the edges of the board. I do believe once framed, you would no longer see those imperfections. Please see photos for a more detailed look.
