Peter Keil is a German artist that focuses primarily on abstract expressionism. Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a phenomenal piece from Keil's "Junge Wilde" collection. It is signed and dated "P. Keil "˜67" in the lower right corner and executed on soft board. This is a fairly old and early piece dating 1967 making it unique and quite fragile. It is titled in German on the verso, and signed with location "Berlin". The art is is good condition with typical signs of age and wear. This piece was purchased directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter.
