A very poised and regal gentleman is this one. While unsigned I'm sure there's more to the crest than I can decipher it's in pretty great shape. Well executed by a portraitist of good talent. The man appears to be a politician of some stature with a document in his hand. Perhaps a member of the English parliament. It would definitely had a layer of gravitas to the room from whose wall it will hang Mild wear to painting and frame. Dimensions unframed33" X 24"
