
Description
This vintage chandelier is truly a work of art. In the style of Charles X or Baroque period, it features four chains with twelve lights, and six lion figureheads which were only found in the finest of palaces or castles in Europe. Most likely created in the 1960's. The combined effect is truly spectacular and quite hard to find. It includes a large acorn finial and gilt brass lace petals at the base. It is in excellent condition and was purchased in the mid 80's for $12,000.
Installation and Delivery available in NYC Metro area or CT. The chains are each 16" the body of the chandelier is approx. 18" including the height of the acorn finial. The width /circumference is approx. 28"

Condition Notes: Consistent with age. One of the four chains needs to be re-attached. The electrician who removed the fixture decided it was best to re-attach during installation. According to electrician the chain slipped out and should be gently hammered back into its secure place. It does not require any soldering or repair work. It is not bent or broken in any way shape or form.
The chain will be carefully put back in place correctly prior to shipping it out.
