This elegant pair of table lamps dates to the mid-1980s and showcases a richly detailed Neoclassical–inspired design, blending classical architectural elements with the substantial presence typical of high-quality lighting from the era.

Each lamp features a rectangular pedestal base with stepped molding, foliate relief detailing, and three raised podium supports"”a sculptural foundation that gives the lamps their distinctive, architectural character. Rising from the base are three turned vertical elements with pronounced scrollwork and lathe-style detailing, finished in a deep, warm bronze-brown tone with beautifully aged highlights that accentuate the carved forms.

While the lamps present visually as carved wood, examination of the underside and touch reveals that the bases and sculptural elements are cast resin or composite material, a premium manufacturing method widely used in the 1980s to achieve crisp classical detail with excellent durability and weight. The central stem and socket hardware are metal. The lamps have a solid, substantial feel and are well balanced.

Each lamp retains its original neutral drum shade, which softens the overall silhouette and complements both traditional and transitional interiors. The shades show gentle age-appropriate patina consistent with original vintage textiles.
