Peter Keil is a German artist that focuses primarily on abstract expressionism. Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a beautiful, classic black and white painting executed with acrylic on paper. It is signed and dated "P. Keil "˜65" in the lower right corner. This piece is in excellent condition with the exception of minor creasing due to age. This piece was purchased as a routine purchase by the Bowen family from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter.
