Pavlov Eduard Evgenievich was born in the city of Belaya Tserkov in the Kiev region on August 11, 1937. He studied at the Republican Art School in Kishenev with L. Dubinovsky, which he graduated in 1960. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (since 1971). He lived and worked in Odessa. The artist is characterized by his unique picturesque style, magnificent coloring, and excellent composition. The painter's works are highly appreciated by collectors. Member of regional, republican and foreign art exhibitions. The artist's works are presented in museums in Odessa, Kiev and private collections in Ukraine, France, Italy, USA, Israel. Eduard Pavlov passed away in 2005.
