Early 19th C. Wrought by Eliza Quarles. Dated 1803. Colorful floral vine border. Basket of flowers. Triple alphabet. Sight size: 15 1/2" high x 14 1/4" wide. In a thin modern ebonized and gilt frame under glass measuring: 18 1/4" high x 16 3/4" wide.Good condition. Not removed from frame. Bright.
