Description

Size 7. Gilt bronze. Rounded section band in full coil with about 1/8 turn overlap. Slightly tapered through its length. 2.6mm thickest. The coil or helix was a favorite form for Vikings and evidently held supernatural significance to them. Textured from burial. Sound wearable condition and professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored. See the reference image which shows the process. Gift boxed with a certification of authenticity.
