Description

Just under 3/4" (0.70”) height plus the suspension loop. The Viking heart in its fully developed form with cusped top and indented waist. The field with a recessed trefoil or fleur de lis with addorsed scrolls above. Low rounded section, produced by the open face mold technique. The heart stood for bravery, fortitude, loyalty, and integrity, all attributes of the Viking warrior. It is abundantly referenced in Viking literature. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold overlay restored on an 18” gilt sterling silver neck chain for contemporary wear. Gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
