Description

17th-18th century, Orthodox rite. Silvered bronze, just over 1 1/2" (1.53”) in height plus the suspension loop. Elegant slender beam cross with the cross beam above center, surmounted by a thin cross with no Corpus Christi. Reverse flat with Cyrillic inscriptions. Surface textured from burial. Professionally refurbished with the silver surface restored and on an 18” modern sterling silver neck chain for contemporary wear.
