Vintage Sterling 10k Topaz Heart Necklace, 16", 1980's-1990's. Sterling heart with the left half being 10kt yellow gold over the sterling. It has a double heart frame on the left and on the right alternating white and blue topaz stones that are appx. 1.5mm to 2.7mm. Graduated from smaller on top and larger on the bottom. The pendant is appx. 1" by 7/8" and isappx. 3.5mm thick. It is marked .925 and 10kt AU, signed China. It does test as gold and sterling with the total weight being appx. 4.75 grams.
