This has a signet look to it - the stone is an appx. 8mm by 6mm rectangular blue topaz set on an angle with side bezels and a ridge bypass design on the band. The stone has a flat taple with facet-cut beveled edge. It is appx. 1.75 CTW. The band has a ridge dividing the brushed finish band design from the ridge band. It is appx. 9.5mm down the finger and tapers to 2.5mm att he back of the finger. It is marked 14kt and tests as 14kt. Weight is appx. 3.33 gr. It is signed with a number 984B.
