They have a center pink to light red ruby colored CZ that is appx. 5mm by 4.8mm for the heart. With the halo they are appx. 9.5mm by 9mm. In original Kay Jeweler's black velvet box. Great gift item. Very good condition. (Inv. w.10221.1X7 SS5786 J LD 10/4/21).
