Vintage Sterling Lab Opal, Garnet, Topaz Ring, Sz. 8, Signed SS and marked sterling, gold plated1" long and 5/8" wide pionted cocktail style ring. The stones do not test as glass and are likely lab created stones. Lab stones have the same make-up as the real thing but are grown in labs or created, in the case of opals through a different layering technique. There are four appx. 5mm oval opals and garnets and appx. 8 clear white tpax round stones tht are appx. 1.5mm wide. All are prong-set. Age is appx. 1980's. Very good condition. (INV.
