Vintage Sterling Mid-Century Modern Bar Brooch, 2-7/8" wide and slightly over 1/2" tall, 1940's-1950's. This looks like a tie bar at first glance. It his a bar that is appx. 1/3" with two squares set on their points mounted on the left side. Older locking clasp. Could be slightly older. Tests as sterling with a weight of appx. 4.37 gr. It is not signed or marked. Good to very good condition. Light oxidation that will polish away. Slight scratch to t e right side of the inner square. (W121722.1X1 SS9256A J LD 1/8/23).
