Brown Agate & Druzy Quartz MOP Necklace, Multi-Strand 28". 1980's-1990's. This is a 15mm thick brown/black agate with a center druzy quartz opening through the stone. Unsure of which agate this is but it is black and tan banded with the sides being the off white/tan colore as the druzy is in the center. It is appx. 2.5" tall and 1.5" wide. It is wrapped with silver plated wire with a decorative coil at the bail. It is strung on a mix of mother-of-pearl round and oblong beads and silver/clear glass sead beads with a beautiful silver tone filigree large box clasp. This came from the estate of a woman who traveled west with her husband and purchased southwestern pieces and these wrapped natural stone pieces throughout the later 1990's. This came from one of the trips where the stone was handwrapped and the necklace made and attached to the pendant. It was not marked or signed. Very clean and in very good condition.
