The reverse of the map has details of places of interest and theatres with their nearest stations.. Each Underground line is shown by a different colour and interchanges are represented by a circle in the line colour. The District Railway, Bakerloo and Metropolitan Railway lines are not shown in full, and stations beyond the boundary of the map have their names in a box indicating the continuation of the line. The map has the title 'UndergrounD Railways Of London' and there is a reference key showing line colours. The front cover is linen on card, the title and 'Underground' roundel is printed in black on an orange background.
