It is also the first paper Underground map issued to passengers following the First World War. The map displays all Underground Group railways and the Metropolitan Railway, using a limited color palette of red, blue, brown, black, and turquoise—likely due to wartime printing restrictions. Geographical details, such as roads, parks, and exhibition grounds, are shown in light black lines, with interchanges marked by circles. Key updates include Strand renamed as Aldwych and Great Central as Marylebone.
