Description
This is a beautiful Bone Chine set of one Coffee/Teacup with Saucer, made by WEDGWOOD in WHITEHALL POWDER BLUE BAND pattern.
There are few patterns that live up to the richness of Regal Wedgwood Whitehall in the ruby variation. First introduced in 1944 on a fine bone china body and characterized by an gold grape vine on the border and powder blue band.
It is hallmarked on the bottom with Wedgwood stamp.
The set includes:
1 (one) Coffee/Tea Cup - 3 1/4" in diameter at the rim and 2 1/2" tall.
1 (one) Saucer for the cup - 5 3/4" in diameter
It is in very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing.
It could have some minimal utensils marks an/or some minimal gold loss, consistent with its age. Please refer to the pictures. The actual color may differ from the photo due to lighting conditions
