Description
This is rare and gorgeous set of one Coffee/Teacup with Saucer.
The set was made in Limoges, France by Elite Works Bawo and Dotter.
There are different combination of elite mark on different pieces. The pattern is Bridal Wreath, sometimes called Bridal Rose.
Pieces of this pattern were mass-produced by Bawo & Dotter between the 1880s and the early 1900s in Limoges, France.
It features pink roses with lavender tint and pale green foliage on the border; asymmetrical scalloped and embossed rim with gold encrusted sponged gold trim.
The set includes:
1 (one) Coffee/Tea Cup - 3 1/2" in diameter at the rim and 2 1/4" tall
1 (one) Saucer for the cup - 5 7/8" in diameter
The set is very rare and just beautiful.
It will make a wonderful gift or will be a great addition to any vintage china collection.
It is in good used antique condition with no crazing.
There could be some wear on the gold details and/or some utensils marks
