Framed full dress Atlantic salmon fly tied in 1989 by the winner of 7 international fly tying championships Ted Patlen. Accompanied by a handwritten note included in the framing “To Bill - Thanks For The Feathers - Ted P.”, written from the tyer to Bill Hrinko. The mounted green highlander fly is in excellent condition, the wood frame measuring 9 3/4” x 7 3/4”.
