Description
Agate Bracelet, bead diameter 1.3cm. Noble jade pendants or Buddhist beads from the Warring States, Han to Tang dynasties, unearthed from tombs or sites, a core component of ancient ornaments. Made of natural red agate with rich and transparent color, natural textures and weathered patina on the surface, matched with melon-ridged agate beads and black spacers. Hand-polished into oblate (abacus bead) shape with double-drilled holes and smooth passages, neatly shaped. The melon-ridged beads are a special craft form, reflecting ancient agate processing craftsmanship. Warring States, Han to Tang dynasties (5th century BC–10th century AD). Witnesses ancient costume systems and jade pendant culture. A complete string with special-shaped beads is extremely rare, an important artifact for studying ancient ornament craftsmanship and aesthetic changes.
