Walter Stomps, Jr. was born in Ohio and lived in Kentucky later in life. He completed his education at the Art Institute of Chicago in 1959 and then taught at the Middletown Fine Arts Center, Dayton Arts Institute, and Western Kentucky University.

Condition

The blue background print has scuffs to the image as well as discoloration to the paper.
