The Helms sign can be seen on the rooftop as well as the address of the Jazz Bakery and the Jazz Bakery Banner by the front door. This original watercolor is 16" x 20" sight size (framed size: 25-1/4" x 29-1/4") signed lower left at the bottom of the building: Mytar. The artist's card is on the back of the painting.
