This phrase embodies the universal human experience of self-reflection, creativity, and introspection. It acknowledges the beauty of solitude, the comfort of self-company, and the freedom to explore our thoughts without judgment. This title celebrates the power of inner dialogue, where we confront our fears, nurture our dreams, and find solace in our wisdom. It's a testament to the resilience of the human spirit, which often finds strength in the quiet moments of self-expression. Through "Sometimes I Talk to my Shadow," we embrace the beauty of our inner world, where creativity, healing, and growth await. This phrase is a gentle reminder that our inner voice is our most trusted companion, guiding us toward self-discovery, self-love, and self-acceptance. My fascination and obsession with the human figure can not be overly emphasized. Sometimes, I find myself spending countless hours looking at the human face. In my paintings, I hope to communicate with my viewer's life experiences and stories attached to every face I paint and each face tells a different and unique story These life experiences and stories are sometimes beautiful, joyful, sad, provoking, and educating.
