The silver case is decorated with engine-turned ornamentation and a central cartouche, with the back cover engraved with a dedication dated 1902. The inner dust cover is inscribed "Remontoir Cylindre 6 Rubis", indicating a cylinder escapement with six jewels. The cuvette and inner case bear the stamped hallmark 0.800 silver, confirming continental silver fineness.
