Dan M. Pirnie autographed “Conquest of Space” commemorative cover documenting a presidential flight from the White House Lawn to Andrews AFB on March 5, 1976, during which President Gerald R. Ford and party were aboard. The cover is boldly signed by Pirnie, who piloted the VH-3D helicopter (serial no. 159352).

Accompanied by a typed letter signed by Pirnie on official U.S. Marine Corps stationery confirming the mission details and expressing pride in the contribution to Mr. Kloda’s collection.
