James Arness autographed 10 x 8” glossy photograph depicting him in his iconic Western role as Marshal Matt Dillon from Gunsmoke, posed holding a revolver. Inscribed “To Ira – Good luck,” and signed “Jim Arness” in bold ink along the left side.

Near fine condition with some slight wear to the edges and corners.

James Arness (1923–2011) was an American actor best known for his portrayal of Marshal Matt Dillon on Gunsmoke, one of the longest-running primetime television series in history. His commanding presence and enduring performance made him one of the defining figures of the Western genre on television.
