John Boles (1895–1969) was an American singer and actor who rose to prominence in early sound films, particularly musicals and dramas of the late 1920s and 1930s. He is best remembered for his role as Victor Moritz in “Frankenstein” (1931), and appeared in numerous productions showcasing both his acting and vocal talents during Hollywood’s transition to sound.
