Peter Keil is a German artist that focuses primarily on abstract expressionism. Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is a phenomenal piece from Keil's "Junge Wilde" collection and executed on board. It is signed and dated "P. Keil "˜64" in the lower right corner and is titled with location "Berlin" on the verso. This piece was purchased directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter. The art is in good condition with typical signs of age and wear, mainly on the edges of the board. Please see photos for a more detailed look.
