Peter Keil is a German artist that focuses primarily on abstract expressionism. Keil painted with some of the greats including Joan Miró, Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol, to name a few. This is an exceptional piece from Keil's "Junge Wilde" collection executed on canvas in a wooden frame. This piece is full of fabulous texture! I have included a few photos that showcase the texture quite well. It is signed "Peter Keil "˜77" in the lower left corner. The art is in good condition with typical signs of age and wear. As you can see in the photos, there is some minor cracking to the paint in some areas. The frame is in excellent condition. This piece was purchased directly from the Keil family, acting on behalf of Peter.
