Royal velvet blue and thick gold gilt on soft paste porcelain tray. Some of the hand painted Fleur de Lis are wearing off on the bottom (see photos)

Marked J.P over L., indicating that the white porcelain piece was made in the Pouyat factory after 1842.

Marked with J. Pouyat Limoges surrounded by a green and pink wreath.
