Art Deco Cut Crystal Hair Receiver With Silver Tone Lid, Vintage Vanity Jar

Description

A beautiful early 20th-century cut crystal hair receiver, the kind of elegant grooming accessory that once lived on well-appointed dressing tables. The low, faceted glass body has a soft lavender cast and bold geometric cutting that catches light beautifully "” very much in line with early Deco-era vanity design. The silver-tone lid features engraved striping and corner scroll details, with the classic center opening used to collect hair from brushes and combs, confirming its original purpose.

These pieces are now highly sought after as decorative vanity accents, small storage vessels, or simply as sculptural glass objects with history. Measures approximately 6" wide, 6" deep and 4" tall with lid. Honest vintage condition. The metal lid shows tarnish, oxidation, and finish wear consistent with age.
