Manfred Kuhnert is a well known southern Ca. artist who had his own gallery in Laguna Beach until his passing .There is a gallery notation that the painting sold for $8000 out of the gallery.Manfred was classically trained in Germany at an early age before he moved to Ca.I have another beautiful painting by him of Dana Point harbor and surrounding area that sold in his gallery for $5000.There is a gallery notation on the back of that painting that states that. this painting will soon be listed on Chairish. Both paintings are beautifully framed and ready to hang.The outside frame dimensions are 44"x56".The actual picture dimensions are 35"x47".The frame width is approx. 3". It has been hanging in my living room for quite some time but now it is time to let it go for someone else to enjoy.
