This is an exceptionally decorative silver plate bowl with a skirt of fine quality embossed and cut out grape and fruit panels circling the outside which is 9 inches in diameter. The bowl center is spherical, about 1 3/4 inches deep and about 6 inches in diameter and the bowl bottom has raised marks saying Made in Japan with other characters and touch marks. I have not done any polishing and there is wonderful aged patina that will clean off if you like shiny (I can send it polished if you would like.).

This bowl would be fabulous with a beautiful floral arrangement, a collection of stones, shells or other special items or would be wonderful in the center of a table with rolls, nuts, candy etc.
