1890s Japan Imari Scalloped Edge Bowl or Plate

Description

Gorgeous fan design with all the traditional colors of Japan. The rim is a cool scallop curvy shape. The under-gaze blue is typical of the era. These very old plates in this condition are becoming more rare. Only a tiny flea bite on the back is found. This plate is in near perfect condition. Gold overlay on multiple patterns which you may find in some antique Japan fabrics.
