This BEAUTIFUL cotton 1890's ocean waves quilt is treadle machine pieced and hand quilted, with wonderful blue gingham and other fabrics on a cappuccino colored background.
It measures 78" X 84" and is in excellent condition, with a couple of small, faint spots and no wear.
There are straight line and grid designs quilted throughout at 5 stitches to the inch.
The back and hand stitched, rolled binding are a light brown/tan print, and the batting is thin.
The WONDERFUL COLORS and GRAPHIC DESIGN make this late 19th century beauty stand out!
