Antique cut crystal from American Brilliant period Comport or Tazza with Cut Foot-wide bowl

Early 20th Century
7" high x 8" wide bowl

American Brilliant Period ranged approximately from 1876 to WW1.

This period of glass cutting is known as the finest in the world. This piece is from later in the Period known as the Flower period when tastes started to change toward nature and organic design.

Large shallow floral bowl with flash miters and leaves and a ripple rim. Star cut foot

Perfect to serve a variety of jam for high tea, relishes, mints, nuts. Great for bridal and baby showers, wedding, anniversary, daily evening table.
