This table is not signed but it is attributed to Dorothy Thorpe and her iconic style.

This is a coool coffee table! It has a Lucite base with circle cut-outs which has a bulb in the center brass case, the bulb that came in it is red and the red light seems to radiate from the Lucite legs. The bulb is easy to change and I replaced it with a clear bulb which also gives an amazing effect as does turning the light off altogether. The wiring looks original but it is working just fine with shut off switches on the cord and on the base which both work. There is a chip on the edge of the glass top which I have photographed.
