These glass candlestick holders were produced by the Cambridge Glass Co for the Metropolitan Museum of Art. They are replicas of the original "Pristine Table Architecture " by Wilmer L Orme c. 1938. A bit Art Deco and a bit Modernist, they resemble stair steps.
There are 3 identical candleholders in this set which allows creativity in arrangement. They are wonderful alone, or use them with florals to create a wonderful centerpiece.
Each is marked "MMA" on the bottom but it is etched in the glass and difficult to see.
